If you get a customer who is getting No Image Available on images they have added to a BMO Activity using the built in web search let them know that that is a known issue and they can use the following as a workaround.
Find the image(s) you want from the web outside of BMO and save them to you computer
Convert the file to a PNG image if it is not already one. For Windows uses the Windows Snipping Tool saves as a PNG by default.
Upload The image to My Media in your Boardmaker Online account.
Reapply the image to the activity using the new version they uploaded to My Media
