No Image Available Message - Web Images

If you get a customer who is getting No Image Available on images they have added to a BMO Activity using the built in web search let them know that that is a known issue and they can use the following as a workaround.
  1. Find the image(s) you want from the web outside of BMO and save them to you computer
  2. Convert the file to a PNG image if it is not already one. For Windows uses the Windows Snipping Tool saves as a PNG by default. 
  3. Upload The image to My Media in your Boardmaker Online account.
  4. Reapply the image to the activity using the new version they uploaded to My Media
  5. Save
