Managing an instructor's student list

Please note this article applies only to District subscription accounts.
 
If you are an instructor with admin privileges, you can access all student roster management functions, including adding and removing students from an instructor's student list.
When you add a single instructor to your instructor roster, you have the option of adding students to his or her student list, (See Adding a Single Instructor Account), but you can add (or remove) students at any time.

Add a Student to an Instructor's Student List

  1. Select Admin > Instructor Roster Management.
  2. Select the Username link for the Instructor to whom you want to assign students.

    The Instructor Profile will open.
  3. Select the All Students tab.

  4. Add student(s) to the Instructor's student list:
    • To add a single student, select the Add to Instructor's Students link. 
    • To add multiple students, select the check boxes to the right of the Student ID, then select Add Selected at the bottom of the page.  
 

Remove a Student from the Instructor's Student List

  1. Select Admin > Instructor Roster Management.
  2. Select the Username link for the Instructor to whom you want to assign students.

  3. Select the Instructor's Students tab.

  4. Remove student(s) from the Instructor's student list
    • To remove a single student, select the Remove From Instructor's List link. 
    • To remove multiple students, select the check boxes to the right of the Student IDs, then select Remove Selected at the bottom of the page.
